Product Quality Inspection
Quality control is carried out from our technical department in two main steps:
Inspection during production:
QDcontrol recommends this inspection to all customers. It allows to locate the disagreements at the time they occur, prevent them and correct them. Guarantees 100% acceptance of production, without rejections. Total tuning between production equipment and conflict-free control equipment. Normally two shifts (16 hours) of production are inspected and the third shifts are checked the following day. In conflicting productions QDcontrol will remain the 3 shifts ensuring full acceptance of the production.
Post-production inspection:
Only recommended for small orders. performs by sampling the finished product.
